The 9th Colchester Scout Group, which has a fleet of 14 boats at Ardleigh reservoir, is urgently looking for a sailing instructor with an RYA permit who would be able to oversee sailing training.  The group is willing to support the right candidate in obtaining the necessary qualifications. Volunteers would need to be vetted by DBS and do some online safeguarding training.
